BACKGROUND:
The company Balaji Technology Pvt. Ltd was established in 26th Shrawan 2072 with the main objective of dealing with equipments related to Radio, Television and different types of communication mediums. It deals with different types of wires like Optical Fiber Cable, Co-axial Cable, UPT Cable etc. Its corporate office is situated in Kupondole, Lalitpur and also has seven branches situated in Itahari, Janakpur, Birgung, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Narayanghat and Pokhara. The core business of the company is to import electronics and electrical goods through guaranteed payment schemes such as L/C, D/A, TT, etc. from India, China, Japan and Korea and deals with different clients situated all over Nepal through its regional branches.

We basically deal with the following products:
- All cable items (nodes, amplifiers, supply cables, tap off / splitters etc.)
- Co-Axial wires
- Optical fiber cables
- Splicing Machines
- Multimedia Speakers
MARKET COVERAGE:
We deal with clients situated all over Nepal as we have established our branches strategically so as to maximize the market coverage. Eastern region is covered by our Itahari and Janakpur branch. Likewise, Western region is covered by Nepalgunj, Butwal and Pokhara branch. Kathmandu Valley is covered by the corporate office and mid region is being looked after by our Birgunj branch. Currently, the majority of our clients are cable TV networks, internet service providers and Tele-Communication Companies.

FUTURE PLAN:
In the current scenario, we have covered almost 90% of the total districts of Nepal except some rural areas like Humla, Mustang, etc. In the near future, we plan to cover 100% of the total districts of Nepal through strategic placement of new branches in the following areas:
- Birtamode, Jhapa
- Sandhikharka, Argakhachi
- Dhangadi, Kailali
Furthermore, we plan increase our product diversification by introducing new products in the Nepalese market very near future. Some of the products to look forward to are:
- Set top boxes
- Digital head end
- LED Television
- Home Theater
- Other internet related products
In addition to the above mentioned strategies, the company has planned to deal with Nepal Telecom and NCELL through direct and indirect tender.
